Directions for Use:

1-2 teaspoons per day with water, start at ½ teaspoon and gradually work up a tolerance, and drink more water than usual, an extra 3-4 cups per day is recommended.

Detox Bath: Slowly add and mix 1-4 cups of clay to warm water in a bowl or jug (do not use metal for this) until smooth then add to a warm bath or cover full body with mix first and stand until dry then immerse into bath.
