Magnesium Oil spray relieves muscle aches, pains, cramps and migraines. It is also helpful for calming anxiety, relaxation and the treatment of restless legs and insomnia.

Magnesium helps to relax the muscles by regulating neuromuscular signals and contractions, it also works with and regulates calcium and vitamin D levels within the body which are important for bone health.

Magnesium is a co-factor for over 300 enzyme systems that regulate biochemical reactions in the human body including protein synthesis, blood glucose control, blood pressure and muscle and nerve functions, it is required for energy production, gene maintenance at a cellular level, physical, mental and brain health as well as having a protective effect against many modern day health conditions.

It is estimated up to 40% of the population unknowingly suffer from a magnesium deficiency and supplementing via diet is becoming harder because our food supply is grown in soils that are now profoundly depleted of magnesium, for example the magnesium level of spinach is about 13 percent of what it contained in 1950.

Directions for Use: Apply sparingly at first to build up a tolerance, working up to 6-8 sprays on affected areas, rub in and allow to dry before covering up. Avoid using on broken or irritated skin or immediately after showering or on freshly shaved skin. For pain relief apply directly to affected area, or if using magnesium as a sleep aid or to increase magnesium levels then apply to the fatty areas of the body like upper thighs, tummy or bottom.
